🎉 Happy 40th Birthday to our Dave! 🎉 If you’ve visited us at The Travellers Rest, there’s a good chance you’ve enjoyed one of his meals… but there’s an even better chance you’ve never actually met him! While we’re out front chatting, pouring pints and causing chaos, Dave is hidden away in the kitchen with the chefs working his magic and grafting away behind the scenes to make sure every plate leaving the pass is one he’d be proud of. Running a pub is far from 9-5. It’s long days, late nights, missed weekends, and more hard work than most people ever see. Together we’ve poured everything into building not just a business, but a place we’re proud to call home—and we couldn’t have done it without him.
